Balancing a thief Empty

Strengths:
---Natural:
Agile
Great balance
Skill at climbing walls

Stealthy
Accurate senses
Dexterous
The ability to see in the dark
Strong reflexes
Clever
He has claws. (not that he often uses them for anything but climbing or scratching away an itch)
Excellent liar

---Learned:
Thievery
Average lockpicking. He hasn’t practiced this enough and is therefore currently only able to unlock the simplest locks.
Skilled pickpocket. He has agile and very loose fingers.
Combat. Kemba is good at his own style of combat, which is hardly combat at all. He can use a dagger and a sword but mostly tries to fight an unfair fight.

Weaknesses:

Kemba is muscled but more in an acrobatic sense. He doesn’t respond well to direct hits, and a big burly dorf can probably break him like a twig with ease.
Furthermore he is also just weak, a punch from him could maybe hurt a wizard or a normally built person, but those of sturdier sort will probably laugh at it, or not feel it at all.
Kemba is clever but far from educated. He can read and do some basic calculating (which doesn’t go very far above the number 20)
He is completely mundane. He can’t do magic nor can he sense it. And therefore he is very vulnerable to it.
Common fears. Supernatural things and magic are things he’d rather not come near to.
Untrustworthy. No matter how much he tries to appear to be the contrary.
Distrustful. In the same way he has a very tough time trusting others.
He has little other skills other then stealing.
Greed.
Curiousity
sensitive to/temporarily blinded by bright light
sensitive to/temporarily deafened by loud sounds
weak mental barriers
insensitive
Prone to overconfidence

I was trying to make a character sheet for Kemba when I got in doubt about his balance. I think he's far too unbalanced but I can't seem to get it right.
I imagine Kemba more like the subtle kind of thief. Stealth, infiltration and persuasion over direct confrontation.

As I expected. I came up with two weaknesses, I've written them down in red.
Also knocked the acrobatics down and specified more what I had in mind under that nomer, the trap knowledge I also removed.
