HALT! HAMMERZEIT!

General:
Alt Name: Edwin Stormhammer

A brief description of your character:
Your average plague-constructing, undead-leading up-to-no-good-son-of-a-bitch-lich. He wears a bow on the last strands of hair on his bald head, mmkay? Edwin has no respect for life whatsoever and is 'bored' with people. So he decided to kill stuff.

Why/How is your character in Skuldhellir:
I doubt even Edwin knows why he's where at times.

Magic (OPTIONAL):
---Max Preps (1-10):
10
---Schools:
Cyromancy: 5
Dark arts: 5

Strengths:
---Natural:
---Learned:
The 'man' contains libraries worth of information. If he only made sense.
A tactical genius. When he makes sense.
Possesses a very nice keep filled with riches, artifacts, books and numerous undead. Including his 'general', a vampire killing machine trained in the dark arts.

---Supernatural:
Numbness of the undead: Edwin feels no pain.
Dark resistance: High resistance to any form of dark arts.
Climate resistance: Unaffected by temperature changes or any other form of climate change. (unless you freeze him into a block of ice or burn him to a crisp, of course.)
Phylactery I: Immortal in any sense of the word as long as a phylactery remains intact. When his mortal body is destroyed, Edwin turns into a wraith form. (which I'll apply separately.)
Phylactery II: His main phylactery requires vast amounts of magical power to destroy.
Phylactery III: His phylactery slowly regenerates when damaged
Mark of the Stormhammer: Edwin can forge pacts with mortals. These mortal followers of Edwin's cult provide him with extra energy and power. Each one also (usually unknowingly) serves as an extra auxiliary phylactery
Phylactery IV: In case of destruction of the main phylactery, Edwin's soul will be torn from this plane of existence UNLESS an auxiliary phylactery exists. If so, Edwin will still lose all his powers but his soul is capable of finding a new (if temporary) host until a new main phylactery is established.
Fizzleshoom: Edwin's 'familiar', a spirit trapped into his staff. When wielding Fizzleshoom, Edwin's spells are even deadlier than ever as he preps at 2x speed.
Extraordinary Necromancer: Capable of commanding vast amounts of undead at the same time. He also has an affinity to command undead not created by himself.
Cursed touch: So deeply rotten, literally and figuratively, that a single touch might leave you ill, cursed and smelly. Prolonged touch causes frostbite. Otherwise the effects include (but are not limited to!): scars, boils and/or warts! With a possibility of contracting some strange Illness.
Cursed breath: Same as the above, but through air contact. This is a controlled ability, as Edwin does not have to breath at all. (he magically moves the air from his insides to do this ;))

Weaknesses::
Corpse: While his mortal body is sustained by dark magic, it lacks any physical strength. He also easily loses body parts.
Unholy I: Anything blessed by a god other than chaotic evil ones (or neutral ones) can be used as a very effective weapon against Edwin. The mere presence of such objects weaken him and they are the only weapons (besides magic) that can cause any 'discomfort'. (it's not really pain after all.)
Unholy II: Anything considered magic of a faith pertaining to a god from the description above deals increased damage to Edwin. This also includes druid magic or any other worshiping of spirits, elementals and half gods (though to a lesser extent)
Slowpoke: Edwin doesn't 'walk' or 'run'. He floats. And not much faster than the average walking speed.
Impure: Blessed or purified areas cannot be accessed by Edwin. He will be warded away from such places and if he does somehow find himself in one, he will be(speed depending on the blessing) drained of energy and possibly even trapped!
Obvious bad guy: You don't go around sipping tea with him. He's a floating corpse sparking with dark magic. Get out the pitchforks.
Insane: Being stuck between life and death for so long, things go wrong. Edwin is totally bipolar and prone to changing his mind often. He also tends to MAKE NO SENSE AT ALL from time to time. Though it is unknown whether this is due to insanity or boredom. This goes to the point where instead of burning down a church, he'll donate money to it.
Goldfish: Short attention span when he's not busy working on awesome projects or killing stuff. One moment he's trying to blast you, the other he's chewing on a butterfly.
Glasswhat: Some dark beings are affected by silver, some by iron and what not. But Edwin's a special snowflake. A shield made out of glass will completely protect you from anything Edwin blasts in your general direction. (not including non-aimed spells like curses and the like UNLESS you happen to be sitting in a glass dome.)

Lets see what the numbers say ;D

And to think Newt was the first auxiliary phylactery. Edwin isn't just any undead, he's the Undead++ 3000 v 5.01 ;D

So are these numbers acceptable for a plot character? Y'all know it would be impossible for him to be role played normally anyway. He tends to kill stuff. A lot.

If by plot character you mean a tool, I don't see why not. But in the end, evil plot characters generally are meant to die. I don't know if that's what you want XD

Edwin's been a plot char since NK. His sole purpose was to get killed :p Alas, no one has ever taken the opportunity to kill him so far.
It might take a while before he comes into play. Edwin only plays BIIIIIIG plots ;D Like Nk's plague and siege.

I think for a plot char he's okay. He's definitely not invincible, and he has some interesting faults and weaknesses. What does everyone else think?

^ Late reply is late, but I agree with Heimderp too.

Besides, us vets have seen Edwin in play a bazillion times before. We know what he's like ICly and how Ulrin plays him OoCly. :U
