A just-past-middle-aged human male, always seen in his leather jerkin, pants, boots and gloves, with a feathered cloak. His hair is tinged with grey. He is only armed with a walking stick.

Basic Magic - Simple, situation spells - 1
Healing - The ability to repair damaged tissue - 2
Weather Magic - Ability to cause meteorological phenomenon - 3 (Lightning, Rain, Wind, etc. Actual manipulation of weather will be at least 8, and I won't use it often, due to probable issues with actual in-game weather)

Shapeshifting - Raegar possesses the ability to switch forms, gaining the abilities and limitations of the animal he shifts to. Allows him to converse, and possibly call for aid from social animals. (Pack/Herd animals)
Weaknesses:
Shapeshifting Limitations - He cannot speak while Shifted. If his shifting is interrupted, he may lapse into a coma. Depending on the animal he chooses to shift to, his Shifting may be instantaneous, or take several seconds. (1-4 turns.) If injured too badly, he will be unable to shift. He cannot cast spells while shifted. He cannot heal magically while shifted. He cannot shift into more than 4 times a day (incldudes shifting back). Once he reaches the last, he will become exhausted. He requires to have seen an animal clearly to shift into it. In order to shift into magical creatures (dragons, Unicorns, Ed {Just Kidding}) he must possess a part of the creature (scale, fur, hides, etc.)
Old - He's old, and a bit frail. He is also slow-moving when not shifted (walks/runs slow).
Claustrophia - If restrained or confined, Raegar will go crazy trying to escape, and will do anything to get out.
Lack of Weapon Training - He cannot any weapon for fighting. At all.
Weak - Cannot lift heavy things or hit hard.
Weakness to unholy/dark magic - Self-Explanatory. Works about twice as well.
Susceptible to Disease - Self Explanatory.
