Why/How is your character in Skuldhellir: Addy arived by a boat. She was drawn in by the sound of a new place, and new opportunities. Adira was also interested after hearing word of the monsters to slay.

- Unable To Remain In A Church For Extended Periods Of Time ( Under A Minute Before She Gets The Urge To Leave. Strength, Speed, And Senses Are Lowered To Human Level If In A Church To Long, All Are Gradualy Returned Once She Is Out )

- Eyes Are Very Sensitive To Light ( Temporary Blindness May Occur; Walking out from a cave into the bright morning light would cause temporary blindness unless Adira took precautions such as shielding her eyes. )

- Wounds Caused By Silver Hurt Considerably More, And Take Longer Than They Should To Heal

- Weakened By Contact With Silver And Feels A Burning Sensation ( Adira's Personal Kryptonite )

- May Not Enter A Human, Furre, Or Other Non-Vampiric Being's Home; Unless Invited. Once Invited She Is Able To Enter At Will. ( I like to think of this as magnetism; Adira is a north, and the being's home is a north, unless she's been invited in. )

- Adira cannot swim well, and cannot float on water because of her dense body, while she may be able to thrash her arms around once or twice untill she can't move. Then the water becomes a prison. While Adira doesn't need to breathe, she can still be drowned if her mouth isn't closed.

- Hallucinates. Adira hallucinates often during combat, which means she could see an extra foe, think a foe is coming from another angle, and she will often dodge into an oncoming blow.

Hi there, Addy! Glad to see you posting an application. Before I get crackin' on starting up a numerical scoring, I want to ask a couple of things simply for clarification:

She has a maximum number of preps for magic, yet she has no schools of magic listed... so does she not dabble in magic at all but has that much potential, or is it something else? Usually if there's going to be preps listed, there has to be some sort of magical school to go with them.

And the second point... what's "aura restraint", exactly?

I'll address the second one first about Aura restraint. Normally, with people who can sense auras, when they are around a person, they can feel said person aura, however, in Adira's case, she subconciously 'restrains' her aura, so people cannot feel it. Although, if/when she is under extreme emotional stress, or chooses to berzerk, her aura can be felt simply because her mind is focusing on other things.


As for the schools, I think I was having a bit of a brain fart of some sort or I skipped it for some reason.

Adira looks pretty balanced to me. She sounds like she'd make a decent fighter in the fighter's guild, although I'm not sure how they or anyone else in SH would react to a vampire if they figured out what she is.

Yay!! Yeah, I'm thinking that she'll have to spend a lot of time in her cat form, or as a raven, just to make sure no one finds out about it. I'm still formulating her plan.
