General:

E-mail (OPTIONAL):
wademacroich@hotmail.com

Alt Name: Wade van Burren/Buurren

A brief description of your character: Before becoming the head of his family, he was a runner for the local museum. Since his home town is surrounded by sand, and hidden caves, somebody needed…spelunkers. And what they couldn’t find in caves, they found people like him to “acquire” particular items. In-between jobs , several crafts to pass the time were explored. Magic was studied, annnnnnndddd, a couple of relationships wrought and wrung.

Strengths:
---Natural:
Athletic
Graceful
Resourceful
Sneaky
Unpredictable
Easy to get along with (and not get along with~)
Chaotic
Noble
Quick to anger (If you know how~)

---Magic!: Max Preps: 4
Schools of magic:
Conjuration: 4
This school of magic is focused on instantaneous transportation, conjuring manifestations of creatures, energy or objects and object creation.

---Learned:
Desert Survival
Craft Skills(Gem cutting, trap making, leather working, cooking) All minor.
Storytelling
Acting
Can play the cello
Reading
Writing (Only in Turkish)
Cave knowledge
Languages: Common, Turkish
Swimming

---Supernatural:
Able to raise his body temperature due to his heart of fire.
Able to create flame out to 10ft of his person due to his heart of fire.
Complete resitance to heat and fire.

Weaknesses:
Deathly ill towards ice.
Highly affected by magic.
Incredibly lazy (Runs in short bursts, then rests. Lays about. Etc)
Has problems following the law.
Is…“attracted” towards rare items.
Women (Even though he has a lover out there…some slip by his shield of honor, eh, love is free~)
Lacks claws and sharp ears (Unless when it comes to music or familiar voices)
Flame abilities cause no harm but are more useful for surprises.
Has no weapon, armor, shoes, hats, and few coins.
Treats shorter beings as children, or pole-vaults, or even props.
Sees lying as a fun prank to pull on people, a good source for his stories.
Draws attention to himself for funs~
Sees the road to fame/infamy as one road. (Doesn’t mind at all, just wants his name to be known~)
Makes (or at least tries) to become friends with everyone. That includes all you evil people~
Not putting his flame abilities to use will cause him to become feverish within a couple of days. Fever will get worse if no one is around. If there are people around, they will be learn to fear the overly happy and clueless man! (No, not really.)

I see you have "conjuration" under your learned section of strengths, Wade-- you mean the magical school of conjuration, yes? If so, you're going to need to fill out the magical section of the application (which you can find + an explantion of it here).

If the explanation in that link doesn't make sense, feel free to PM or whisper myself or Edward about it and we will happily re-explain it too you.

Wohdear, conjuration is one of those schools of magic I haven't fitted into the system yet! (Mostly because I am a slacker, for shame.)

It has a lot of possibility for derping over the continuity if it doesn't have proper restraints, so can you tell me what yours are? For example, do the objects that he makes last very long? Do they disappear after a while? Would their purpose be more for trickery or very brief use than as 'real' items?

Also, can his conjured creatures do damage? What kind of things can he summon or create? :V

Tell you? Gladly! Being a slacker myself, I basicly stole the 1st to 4th level spells in my handy dandy notebook, aka, player's handbook~ So, they are very exact in there structure. And I skipped the Cantrips, cause the only spell there is Acid Splash...and I don't feel like an throwing acid about~

1st level spells-

Grease: Makes 10-ft. square or one object slippery.
Mage Armor: Gives caster magic armor as powerfull as scale mail.
Obscuring Mist: Fog surronds caster, completely normal fog.
Summon Monster I: Summons monster

2nd level spells-

Fog Cloud: Magical fog obscures vision, except for dark vision and low light vision.
Glitterdust: Blinds creatures, outlines invisble creatures.
Summon Monster II: Summons monster

3rd level spells-

Snake Sigil: Creates text symbol that immobilizes reader.
Summon Monster III: Summons monster.

4th level spells-

Dimension Door: Teleports caster a short distance.
Minor Creation: Creates one cloth or wood object.
Solid Fog: Blocks vision and slows movement, except for dark vision.
Summon Monster IV: Summons monster.

Now, for the specs on all those spells, and yes, I left some out~

Dimension Door: Verbal components, 4 preps casting time, range of 400ft, can target caster and touched objects or other touched willing creatures, instantaneous, negates spell resitance except for object. If the space is occupied, transported people or goods suffer damage, and will be put in the nearest free space. If there is no ready free space, people or goods suffer more damge per 100ft of no free space.

Fog Cloud: Verbal and Somatic components, 2 preps casting time, range of 100ft, effect--Fog spreads in 20ft radius, 20ft high, duration--10 mins. Spell resistance--none.

Glitterdust: Verbal, Somatic, and Material components, 2 preps casting time, range of 100ft, area--Creatures and objects within 10ft radius spread. Duration: 1 round. Spell Resitance: none. Effect--A cloud of golden particles covers everyone and everything in the area, causing them to glow and be blinded. The dust cannot be removed and continues to sparkle till it fades. Material component--Ground mica.

Grease: Verbal, Somatic, and Material components, 1 prep casting time, range of 25 ft, target--One object or 10ft spread, duration--1 round, spell resitance--none. Material component--A bit of pork rind or butter.

Magic Armor: Verbal and Somatic components, 1 prep casting time, range--caster or creature touched, duration--1 hour. Spell resistance--none. Unlike mundane armor, the magic armor is made of force and entails no speed reduction etc.

Minor Creation: Verbal, Somatic, and Material components, 4 preps casting time, range--0ft. Effects--Unattended, nonmagical object of nonliving plant matter. Duration--1 hour. Material component-- A tiny piece of matter of the same sort of item you plan to create, a bit of twisted hemp to create rope, a piece of linen to create a shirt, and etc.

Obscuring Mist: Verbal and Somatic components, 1 prep casting time, range--20 ft from caster, 20ft high, duration--1 min. Spell resistance--none. Objects 5ft away have concealment, objects further away are completely concealed. A wind of 11mph and + disperses the fog in 4 rounds, a strong wind 21 and + can disperse the fog in 1 round. A fire spell can disperse the fog. This spell doesn't function under water.

Snake Sigil: Verbal, Somatic, and Material components, 3 preps casting time, range--touch, target--one touched book or written work. Duration--Permanent or until discharged. Spell Resitance--Yes. Effect--A small symbol appears in the text of one written work, book, scroll, or map. The text containing the symbol must be at least 25 words long. When one reads the text, the snake symbol snaps into being and bites the reader. Simply seeing the text is not sufficient to trigger the spell, the subject was deliberately read it. The target is entitled to a reflex save (1d20 verses my own 1d20). If the target fails, then it is engulfed in a shimmering amber field of force and immobilized until released, either at the caster's command or when 1d4 days is over. While trapped, the subject does not age, breathe, grow hungry, sleep, or can cast spells. The target is preserved in a state of suspended animation, unaware of its surroundings. It can be damaged, since the field provides no protection against physical injury. The hidden sigil cannot be detected by normal observation, and magical detection reveals that the entire text is magical. A dispelling magic spell can remove the sigil.

Solid Fog: Verbal, Somatic, and Material Components, duration 1 min. Spell resistance: no. Functions like the fog cloud spell, but it is so thick that any creature attempting to move through it progresses at a speed of 5ft regardless of normal speed, and takes a penalty against attack speeds as well. A creature that falls inside the fog is slowed to a comfortable landing. Solid fog can only dispersed by a sever wind (31 mph and +) and it does so in 1 round. Material Component, a pinch of dried powdered peas.

Summon Monster I-IV: Verbal, Somatic, and Focus components, casting time--1-4 preps, range--25ft. Effect--I= 1 summoned creature, II=One or more summoned creatures, no two of which can be more then 30ft apart (1 creature from II or 1d3 creatures from I) III=One or more summoned creatures, no two of which can be more then 30ft apart (1 creature from the III, 1d3 of the same kind of monster from II, or 1d4+1 creatures of the same from I) IV=One or more summoned creatures, no two of which can be more then 30ft apart (1 creature from IV, 1d3 creatures of the same from III, or 1d4+1 from II or I).

These spells summon monsters from lists of monsters. They appear where the caster designates and acts immediately on the caster's turn. It attacks opponents to the best of it's abilities. If the caster can communicate with the creature, he/she can direct it not to attack, to attack particular enemies, or to perform other actions. The caster chooses which kind of monster to summon, and can change that choice each time he/she casts the spell. A summoned monster cannot summon or otherwise conjure another creature, nor can it use any teleportation or planar travel abilities. Creatures cannot be summoned into an enviroment that cannot support them.

Arcane Focus: A tiny bag.

Now for the most likely to be summoned from Wade-- 1st level creatures--Sand rats and pigeons. (Sand rats are abnormal rats that have a high concentrated metal detection and three red eyes on their heads. When killed, they turn into a pile of sand.) 2nd level creatures--Wolf, eagle, riding dog. 3rd level creatures--Dire weasel, hippogriff, bison. 4th level creatures--Lion, Dire wolf, Lantern Archon, Trumpet Archon, Mask of Wade. (Mask of Wade was a white fox mask with red slanted eyes and a green malicious smile painted on it. Banished to protect himself, it isn't destroyed completely. Effect=Turns Wade's harmless fire abilities into their former burning capabilities. Adds new abilities--Fire Shield, Fire Scimitar, Palm of Fire, and Flames in the Darkness. (The first two are self explainitory, Palm of Fire uses the force of fire to stop blades, Flames in the Darkness becomes available, for the wearer cannot see what does not live, for the mask doesn't have eye openings~. The ability is use to feel the surronding flames to predict attacks. Both require force checks, 1d100 verses my own 1d100. The Mask converts all non combat skills into martial skills.

All summoning spells last for 4 rounds. All summoned creatures act as if real creatures under the control of the caster via telepathy.

Kaaaaaa-boooom!

Giving some thought, and a thought to some others may see this~, I came up with more details to my Wade's fiyah feevah!

Level 1
Time that is required: 1 week.
Effects: Wade becomes sluggish, has a hard time focusing, drifts off to sleep on occasion, hears everything as if it were said at half the speed. Loses his magic, and flame manipulation.

Level 2
Time that is required: 1 week from Level 1.
Effects: Wade becomes giddy, will try to hug females, will say random stuff

Level 3
Time that is required: 1 week from level 2.
Effects: Wade takes off all his clothes (Except boxers) and runs amuck, he'll start pilfering small and replacable items, play nasty tricks on the shorter populace.

Level 4
Time that is required: 2 weeks after level 3.
Effects: Wade ties his shirt around his neck and wears it as a cape, a crown of white flames sits on his head, he'll start stealing more personal items (Watches, hats, stuff that's lying about), his magic will be used for more meaner tricks on all populace.

That's it for now~ Booom!
